Additional Base Fees/Services
Theatre Rep/House Manager: $25 per hour (required for all events)
Technical Rep: $40 per hour (includes base WST lighting and audio systems)
Custodial: $50 half day/$100 full day (required for all events)
Box Office Charges (required if using WST Box Office services):
– Box office fee: $250 (includes ticket setup and administration, box office labor, and final reporting)
– Per ticket handling charge: $1.50 per ticket
– Credit card processing fee: 4% charged to renter at settlement on all money received through credit card sales
